Ashraf Trade International define and committed the responsibility for repairs of the construction projects, both during and after completion of construction. Warranties establish the standards for determining defective work. We follows the construction warranties such as express warranties and are contained in the construction agreement, general conditions, plans or specifications, supplementary general conditions in clients written exception or in purchase order.

We believe the supplied materials should be qualified and equipments should be well conditioned and in conformance with any design requirements.

Our quality control and maintenance team always give the service to client to correct nonconforming work within a reasonable time with client satisfaction.
