Ashraf Trade Internationalhas started the management services for the apartment buildingkum Corporate Head office in recent 2010. Its project run by Ashraf Trade International on trial basis. NowOne building is under this service. The management service covers the fellow works:

2. Lift maintenance services
3. Generator refueling and maintenance services
4.  Apartment common space cleaning services
5.  Waste collection and disposal service
6.  Parking management services
7.  Utility(gas, water) management services
8.  Building maintenance


The service is now construction for the apartment building of Palash, Narsingdi and in future has a plan to execs the Dhaka city.
